The room was brand-new and a nice size and it had air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a telephone. The view of the mountains from the window was ASTONISHING. The hotel's location was central, close to outlet shopping.

The Cava restaurant at the resort offers a delicious prime rib and seafood buffet.

The property is wonderful with a great pool and fancy rooms. Staff are top-class and very attentive. The location is marvellous and unbeatable, just a short walk from Eisenhower Walk of Honor. The pizza restaurant serves exceptional food. Thank you for a very relaxing stay.

The location was stunning, at a moderate distance from Indian Wells City Hall. It was also just next door to Palm Springs or Palm Desert and Palm Desert and a good walking street.

The room was updated and brand-new, complete with a large balcony and good views. I had a peaceful night's sleep. The location is great for exploring Indian Wells, with a nearby golf course, pond, Palm Desert, restaurants, and shopping opportunities. Additionally, there's a pizza restaurant nearby.

We loved this place! The location was excellent, right next to the children's beach and with great access to car hire and shops for all our needs. The staff were exceptional, providing fast service and keeping everything clean. The room was comfortable with all the amenities we needed, from air conditioning to tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and delicious food at the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area. a perfect stay!

Highly recommended for families!

I've stayed here many times in the last 10 yrs. It was one of my favorite hotels till this last trip. Our first day, there was absolutely nowhere to sit at the pool area. The pool was extremely over crowded. Employees and Security need to do a better job of vacating seats for guests who are actually at the pool. Second day, we arrived at the pool at 830 am and 60% of chairs had towels on them with nobody in sight for hours. Our room seemed to have been infested with tiny baby spiders on the ceiling. We didn't complain due to hearing hotel was sold out. We slept under the covers and hoped they wouldn't land on us.

We loved pretty much everything, but felt the bed/bedding was the best we have stayed in yet - including our previous stays as Marriott's, Sheraton and Hyatt resorts!
